Scandal is definitely one of the foundation mares that famed Team Harmony, along with her campaign partner Cera. Scandal was also by far His Late Majesty King Hussein's favorite jumping horse.

Scandal began her life as a racehorse then registered "Lady Show". From fourteen starts she won two races, one of which was in her two year old year. After she retired from racing she was sold to a showing yard, but proved to have a little too much temperament for her new job, so moved again to Chris Chugg (AUS) as a show jumper, then a Western Hemisphere six year old. After a very short introduction to the jumping sport, she arrived in Europe with the Australian Team and was the only horse to qualify Australia a place in the Atlanta Olympic Games, in Falsterbo CSIO 1995. After this she continued her European campaign in Europe and ended it by stopping over in Newmarket, for a chip surgery in her hock. Although not bothersome the chip had prevented her sale on frequent occasions during her European Tour.

In the winter of 1996, HRH Princess Haya had seen and heard about the mare, and decided to go to Australia to have a closer look, she was brought and arrived in Europe two months later.

Her career with Team Harmony brought her to fourth place on the Samsung Horse World Rankings, she won Brussels CSIW Grand Prix, jumped a double clear for Ireland with the late Paul Darragh in Aachen CHIO Nations Cup, and a double clear in CSIO Calgary Nations Cup, and she was the only double clear in Dublin CSIO Nations Cup to clinch the Agha Khan Cup for Ireland in 1997. His late Majesty King Hussein used to love reading the requests from Irish post offices, and Irish schools, that "Scandal a heroine in Ireland come to visit them."

In total Scandal won an additional twenty five international CSIA classes ten of which were 150 / 160 level. Scandal moved along with team harmony to Germany in 1999 when The Late King Hussein wished his daughter to train with Paul Schockmohle. And after His late Majesty's tragic death, Princess Haya moved on to Holland as a temporary training base with Dutch Team trainer Hans Horn and in 2000 to Paris to train for the Olympics with Katie Monahan Prudent and Alice Debany Clero.

On an Italian tour that lasted 6 weeks in Italy in the spring of 2000 Scandal then competing with Her Highness suffered a serious colic, at Modena CSIO, the last show of the tour. She had to be transferred to Bologna University Veterinary Clinic, where thankfully she was saved. In gratitude, Team Harmony now awards two scholarships per year to Bologna University Veterinary Students in the name of the late HM King Hussein 1st of Jordan.

Post colic, Scandal was given a year off sport, before she returned to campaign again successfully before being put in foal in 2003, to champion two year old racehorse "Adair" (Theatrical). She produced a filly foal in the summer of 2004, who is known in the stables as "Millie."
